Who is responsible
This policy applies to zovacare.com, run by Zova Care Network, a brand of Prospect Digital LLC, registered in Wyoming, at 1621 Central Ave, #68675, Cheyenne, WY 82001. We decide how the information described below is used. Questions can go to info@zovacare.com or (719) 701-8266.
The eligibility check collects nothing
Your answers in the eligibility check stay in your browser. They are not sent to Zova or to anyone else, are not stored in cookies, and are gone once you clear or close the page.
What the sign-up collects
The sign-up form asks for your first and last name, email address, mobile number, ZIP code and one area of health. To keep a record of your consent we also store when the form was sent, the page it came from, your IP address and your browser type.
We do not ask for medical records, diagnoses or insurance details. Please keep health information to the area of health you choose.
Why we use it
Your details are used to find studies near you in your chosen area, to send you study updates by email or text, to reply when you contact us, and to keep proof of your consent. They serve no other purpose.
Your mobile number and text consent
Your mobile information will not be shared with any third party for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Reply STOP to any text to end them. The SMS terms cover everything else about our messages.
How long we keep it
Your sign-up stays active until you ask us to close it. After that we delete your details within thirty days, apart from the record of your consent and of any opt-out, which we keep for as long as we may need to show them.
Your choices
You may ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it, by email or by phone. We reply within thirty days, and we honor any further rights your state gives you.
Keeping it safe
Information you send travels over an encrypted connection and is kept on servers with limited access. No system can be made perfectly secure, so we collect only what study updates need.
Children
Study updates are for adults. Zova does not knowingly hold details about anyone younger than 18.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Where a change touches details you have already sent us, you will hear about it first.
