How long, and your choices
Your sign-up stays until you ask us to close it. We then delete your details within thirty days, keeping only the record of your consent and any opt-out.
Ask for a copy, a correction or deletion at any time by email or phone, and we will answer within thirty days. Reply STOP to any text to end them.
