zovacare.com belongs to Zova Care Network, a brand of Prospect Digital LLC, a company registered in Wyoming at 1621 Central Ave, #68675, Cheyenne, WY 82001. By using the site or signing up for study updates you accept these terms. If you would rather not, please do not use the site.
What the service is
Zova Care Network offers three things at no charge: written information about clinical research, a eligibility check that runs in your browser, and study updates by email or text. Zova does not conduct research, deliver health care, give medical advice or take part in deciding who joins a study. Each study is the responsibility of its own investigators and sponsor.
A study update tells you that a study exists. It is not a referral, a diagnosis, a recommendation to take any treatment or a sign that any study will accept you.
The eligibility check
The check turns your answers into questions you might ask a study team. It does not assess your health or your fit for any study, and its answers are never sent to us. Your answers disappear when you close or clear the page.
General information only
Area pages and guides describe research in general terms and cannot take your own health into account. Speak to a qualified health professional before you begin, end or alter any treatment, and before deciding anything about your care.
Your sign-up
By signing up you confirm that you are 18 or over and that the details you give are your own and accurate. You may ask us to change them or to close your sign-up whenever you wish.
Texts from Zova
There is a single text message box on the sign-up page. Checking it means you agree to receive recurring automated text messages sent directly by Zova Care Network, including marketing messages, about clinical studies recruiting near you in the area of health you chose and about your sign-up. A text from Zova never enrolls you in a study. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service, or of taking part in any study. Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP at any time to opt out; you will receive a single confirmation and no further messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Full details are in the SMS terms, and the Privacy policy explains how we handle your number.
Sites we link to
Several pages link to ClinicalTrials.gov and other sites that Zova does not control. Their content and their handling of your information are their own responsibility.
Limits of liability
Listings change and studies close without notice, so the information we pass on can go out of date. We do our best to keep it accurate but cannot warrant that it is complete or current. As far as the law permits, Zova is not liable for losses that come from using the site or from decisions about joining a study.
Updates to these terms
These terms may be revised. The current version is dated at the top of this page; continuing to use the site after a revision counts as accepting it.
